Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut down completely on your junk and fast food intake which gives empty calories and zero nutrition. Consume at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. It rids the body of waste products allowing it to stock up on the nutrients that you are providing from other sources.
